In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order ships.

We ship from the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Our return policy is detailed in our Return Policy. Briefly: we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Final sale items are non-refundable.

Our pajamas are intended for adult use as loungewear and sleepwear. Follow care instructions on the garment label. We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow care instructions.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoomyLoons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
